Will's Glastonbury Blog

Glastonbury was quite a day. We turned up at lunchtime and rushed straight to the Guardian tent to do an acoustic set where the temperature was at Sahara levels!!

We then rushed onto the Avalon stage where we had an hour wait before I donned my flares and stripy top to hit the stage!!

The gig went great and the highlight was getting the two people, Anna and Mark, onto the stage for a dance to celebrate their upcoming wedding!!! I threw my top into the crowd at the end and obviously haven't learnt from V last year cos it was another favourite vintage number!! Oh well......!!

Thanks to everyone who turned up to make it such a memorable and fun gig x

Just to say,your gig at glastonbury was AMAZING and thank you so much for signing my bunny ears :) (they are quite famous now,ive seen them on you tube on a video of your gig!!)
I loved the "tell me the worst" remix as it is one of my favourite songs!! is there anywhere I can get the remix version??
Also,I cant wait to see you at colston hall in november (with my ears!) im actually more excited about that than i am about starting college!!

Will you was great i went to see you while i was working. I was with wheelchair users with me who came to see you. It was hard to get to you while the place was not very good for wheelchair users but we all had a great time and i enjoyed your performance just wish there was a viewing platform at the Avalon where you did your performance at 18:05 but hope to see you sometime soon and hope i am not way in the background lol.

Hi Will, Anna and Mark here, thanks for mentioning us on your blog there, how lucky are we! You'll never know how happy you've made us, i think I feel a little bit famous as we've has so many comments and people are so happy for us as they know how much I love you (and Mark does!!) thanks again for letting us come on stage and the dedication and singing you and I, I'll have to concentrate thinking of Mark in the church when it plays but I reckon we'll have big smiles on our faces for another reason!! thanks again Will, you are an absolute star, all our love Anna and Mark x x x x x

I just love this blog and the video - and another stonkingly good cover Will. And what a wonderful gesture to invite Mark and Anna up on stage. I feel like we ALL know them now!! So lovely of you to do that.

So glad you enjoyed Glastonbury. Also i am so pleased that you recovered from your tonsils op. I know how sore that is!! Can't wait to see you at Audley in a few weeks :.)
